We are an independent law firm focused on tax law. We have many years of recognised experience of both Swedish and international tax issues. We provide our clients with the best possible legal tax advice through senior lawyers at competitive rates. The firm was founded by two Emine Lundkvist, possessing decades of experience in providing legal advice in the tax law field at several of the largest firms in Sweden.
Without in any way compromising quality, our aim is to provide expert legal tax advice at competitive rates within the framework of a smaller firm. We have extensive experience, focusing specifically on tax law. Through our network of contacts in Sweden and abroad, we also offer specialist expertise in other areas of practice.

emine lundkvist
Lawyer Emine Lundkvist has worked with tax law since 1990, first with the Swedish Tax Agency and later with an accounting and law firm.
Emine’s broad experience means she is highly qualified in all matters of tax law, but she is particularly experienced in issues faced by closely-held companies and their owners, as well as international tax law including cross-border structures. She also has extensive experience of restructuring both medium-sized and large companies regarding corporate law and tax processes.
Emine is also well-versed in assisting clients with planning and implementing generational changes and relocations.

kristina Elvirsdotter
